Very special friends of the Rochelle Center donated the needed funds to purchase new computers to implement an electronic information management system. We were completely paper-dependent, managing client care, documentation and services from one administrative location to ten supported living locations throughout the Nashville area. Technology is the means to efficient management of our service delivery for our clients. As a provider agency for the State, we are required to keep a wide array of data for all client for at least ten years. The timelines and accuracy of this data is important not only to the client, but to their family, conservators and doctors and is subject to inspection by the State at any time. With the new system the staff will be able to manage client documentation more efficiently and focus more on face-to-face client care and providing services efficiently and effectively.
